• We represent a property owner in connection with preparing, negotiating, and implementing a MDEQ-approved work plan to investigate and clean up property formerly operated as a landfill, including toxicological issues related to potential exposure to lead in surface soils and other media.
  
  
• We represent a company that manufactures cultured marble products in conducting a voluntary audit of its facility to determine compliance with air pollution regulations, and in resolving compliance issues disclosed by the audit.
  
  
• We counsel a used oil processing and recycling facility with respect to an enforcement action brought by MDEQ alleging violations of solid waste, used oil, Clean Water Act, and air pollution control violations.
  
  
• We are advising a residential lake owner's association with respect to the potential water quality impacts of a storm water discharge from a neighboring subdivision.
  
  
• We represent nonhazardous waste processing facilities with respect to certain issues related to their discharge permits from the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department.
  
  
• We assisted the owner of a scrap yard in the Flint area with a response to a request for information from the USEPA under the Clean Air Act.

• We assisted the owner of a small chemical manufacturing facility with a response to a letter of warning from MDEQ that alleged hazardous waste violations.
  
  
• We drafted the Wayne County Storm Water Management Ordinance and Administrative Rules, and assist the Wayne County Department of Environment in the implementation of the ordinance and rules in development and redevelopment projects within the County.
  
  
• We represent companies that receive notice letters from USEPA alleging that the company is potentially liable for investigating or cleaning up contamination at federal Superfund sites.
  
  
• We represented a used oil processor in the decommissioning and sale of a production facility.
  
  
• We represented a hazardous waste transporter with respect to a letter of warning received from MDEQ that alleged violations of rules applicable to hazardous waste transporters and transfer facilities.
  
  
• We provide a multi-state, privately-held plastic bottle manufacturer with compliance assistance in the areas of air permitting, spill response and cleanup, and chemical management.
